Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Partnered Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 11690208). Registered office: 34B George Street, London, W1U 7DP. Breezy is our trading name. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Partnered Limited.

2. The Service

Breezy provides affiliate-intelligence features in the browser and on the web, including site metadata, partnership counts, and credit-gated reveals. Features and limits vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. The Service is provided for professional use in affiliate marketing and related research.

3. Plans and credits

New accounts start on the Free plan. Paid plans, when offered, are billed through Stripe and are described on the Account page at the time of purchase. Credits are a usage allowance for reveals and related lookups. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change plan names, allowances, prices, and feature packs. For a paid subscription we will give reasonable notice of a material price change before it applies to a renewal. Promotional and evaluation plans are covered in section 4.

4. Founders plan (promotional / evaluation)

The Founders plan is a time-limited promotional and evaluation offering. It is not a paid subscription. Claiming Founders does not create a right to ongoing access, to a particular credit allowance, or to any future paid plan.

Industry practice for preview, beta, and promotional offers is that the provider may withdraw them at its discretion. In that same vein — and except where prohibited by law — we may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the Founders plan at any time, for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion. We may do so for all users or for a particular account. We will try to give reasonable notice when it is practicable, but we are not obliged to do so.

Without limiting the above:

• We do not guarantee that Founders will continue for any period, that it will remain free of charge, or that it will be converted into a generally available paid plan.
• You have no vested, contractual, or other right to keep Founders features, limits, or monthly credits.
• Your decision to use the Service is not contingent on Founders remaining available.
• When Founders ends, we may move your account to Free or to another plan we then offer. Unused Founders credits may be reduced, expire, or cease to refresh. They have no cash value and are not refundable.

Founders is provided "as is". Any warranties or service levels that may apply to a paid plan do not apply to Founders.

5. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for abuse, or creates a security or legal risk.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell Service data except as the product explicitly allows.
• Circumvent plan limits, credits, or instance binding.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Interfere with the Service or other users' access.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and affiliate-intelligence datasets. You retain rights in content you submit (for example IPP details). You grant us a licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that lookups are complete, current, or error-free. Affiliate data is for research and decision support only.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £50 if you paid nothing.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your home courts.
